If Benjamin Netanyahu visits Egypt between December 19 and December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For the purpose of this market, a "visit" is defined as Netanyahu physically entering the terrestrial or maritime territory of Egypt. Whether or not Netanyahu enters Egyptian airspace during the timeframe of this market will have no bearing on a positive resolution. The primary resolution source for this information will be official information from Netanyahu, Israel, or Egypt, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
Polymarket uses a central limit order book (CLOB) model — you can buy or sell shares of any outcome at the current market price, or place limit orders at your target price. All positions are settled in USDC when the market resolves.
Markets resolve through UMA's Optimistic Oracle. After the market closes, a proposer submits a resolution, followed by a 2-hour dispute window. If no dispute is raised, the resolution is accepted. Disputed markets go to UMA token holder vote.
