ContextThis market will resolve to “Yes” if the 7-day COVID-19 case average in the USA is above 75,000 on March 1, 2022, and “No” otherwise. The resolution source is the CDC; https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#trends_dailycases. The source will be first be checked on March 8, 2022, 8 PM ET, and if data is unavailable at that point, every 24 hours subsequently. If data is still unavailable by March 15, 2022, 8 PM ET, another credible source such as NYtimes will be used. The resolution figure can be checked in the cell under the column "7-Day Moving Avg" in the row dated "Mar 1, 2022".
How trading works

Resolution
Markets resolve through UMA's Optimistic Oracle. After the market closes, a proposer submits a resolution, followed by a 2-hour dispute window. If no dispute is raised, the resolution is accepted. Disputed markets go to UMA token holder vote.
