About this market
ContextThis is a market on whether Novak Djokovic will play at least one point in the French Open for the Mens Singles Tournament. If he plays at least one point in the French Open, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For example, if Djokovic wins one point during a match in the 2022 French Open and the score is 15-0, or loses one point and the score is 0-15, then this will suffice to resolve the market to "Yes." The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the French Open (presently found at https://www.rolandgarros.com/en-us/), however credible media sources will also suffice.
How trading works
Polymarket uses a central limit order book (CLOB) model — you can buy or sell shares of any outcome at the current market price, or place limit orders at your target price. All positions are settled in USDC when the market resolves.
Resolution
Markets resolve through UMA's Optimistic Oracle. After the market closes, a proposer submits a resolution, followed by a 2-hour dispute window. If no dispute is raised, the resolution is accepted. Disputed markets go to UMA token holder vote.
