About this market
ContextCanelo Álvarez vs. Dmitry Bivol, billed as Legacy is Earned, is an upcoming professional boxing match between 4-division world champion, Canelo Álvarez, and defending WBA (Super) light heavyweight champion, Dmitry Bivol. The fight will take place on May 7, 2022. This market will resolve to “Yes” if Canelo Álvarez wins by KO/TKO/RTD and "No" otherwise. If the fight is rescheduled to a time and date on or before May 14, 2022, the same rules will apply. If the fight is postponed to a date after May 14, 2022, or cancelled altogether, the market will resolve 50-50.
How trading works

Resolution
Markets resolve through UMA's Optimistic Oracle. After the market closes, a proposer submits a resolution, followed by a 2-hour dispute window. If no dispute is raised, the resolution is accepted. Disputed markets go to UMA token holder vote.
