About this market
ContextThis is a market on whether the Washington Football Team will beat the Atlanta Falcons by over 1.5 points in their NFL week four matchup scheduled to take place on October 3, 2021, at 1:00 PM ET. This market will resolve to “Yes” if Washington wins by over 1.5 points, and “No” if the Falcons lose by less than 1.5 points or win. If the match is postponed to a date on or before November 3, 2021, the same market conditions will apply. If the match is postponed to a date after November 3, 2021, or canceled altogether, the market will resolve 50/50.
How trading works
Polymarket uses a central limit order book (CLOB) model — you can buy or sell shares of any outcome at the current market price, or place limit orders at your target price. All positions are settled in USDC when the market resolves.
Resolution
Markets resolve through UMA's Optimistic Oracle. After the market closes, a proposer submits a resolution, followed by a 2-hour dispute window. If no dispute is raised, the resolution is accepted. Disputed markets go to UMA token holder vote.
