About this market

Context

A One Day International (ODI) is a form of a limited overs cricket game, played between two teams with international status, in which each team faces a fixed number of overs, currently 50, with the game lasting up to 9 hours. This market will resolve to whichever national team wins the 2nd ODI between Pakistan and Australia, scheduled for March 31, 2022 (15 AM local - Pakistan time; 6 AM ET). If the game is declared to be tied, to have "no result" or doesn't happen at all before April 7 2022, 6 AM ET - this market will resolve 50/50.

How trading works

Polymarket uses a central limit order book (CLOB) model — you can buy or sell shares of any outcome at the current market price, or place limit orders at your target price. All positions are settled in USDC when the market resolves.

Resolution

Markets resolve through UMA's Optimistic Oracle. After the market closes, a proposer submits a resolution, followed by a 2-hour dispute window. If no dispute is raised, the resolution is accepted. Disputed markets go to UMA token holder vote.
